Biometrics:

•Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp.

Please Note:

• Passports issued beyond 10 years will not be accepted by the Embassy (For Fresh passport holders)
• Attach all your old passports (if any)
• Visa Application Form: DS-160 form duly filled and signed
• Interview Appointment letter : You need to be present at the US Embassy or Consulate where the Appointment for the Visa Interview is scheduled.
• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm)
• Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

Interview Documents:

Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, duration, purpose of travel and who is bearing his/her expenses. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of United States of America, New Delhi

Financials

• Personal ITR for 3 yrs.
• Salary slip for the last six months.
• Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly
• Credit Card copy/Foreign Exchange endorsement
• Property papers/Fixed Deposits/Investments

Employed:

• Copy of Appointment letter/Leave certificate from the Employer.
• Hotel Booking: Hotel confirmation and Tour Confirmation
• Ticket
• Travel Plan
